CallMe
Our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation
M3XI prohibits, and works actively to prevent, any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on CallMe. That includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, the sexualisation of minors, and any attempt to use the service to contact, harm or exploit a child. There is no context in which any of this is permitted.
1. CallMe is 18+, and we check
- Every account must pass identity verification before it can match or call anyone. This is a government-issued photo ID plus a live selfie, with liveness detection and face-matching, carried out by our verification provider Didit. It is not a self-declared date of birth.
- Anyone whose document shows they are under 18 cannot complete sign-up. If we later learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and delete its data.
- Document images and selfies are processed by the verification provider and are not stored on M3XI servers; we retain only the outcome.
2. Reporting, inside the app and outside it
- Every call and every profile can be reported from inside CallMe, during the call and afterwards, without leaving the app. Reports about possible child safety concerns are prioritised above all other reports.
- Anyone — whether or not they use CallMe — can report a concern to us at support@m3xi.com. Reports are read by a person.
- Users can block anyone at any time, and a block takes effect immediately. Reports made about an account are kept even if that person deletes it and signs up again.
3. What we do when we find it
- Accounts involved in CSAE are removed immediately and permanently. We keep the minimum record needed to stop the same person returning under a new account, in line with our privacy policy.
- Confirmed CSAM is reported to the relevant authorities, including the UK's National Crime Agency and, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), in accordance with the law. We preserve associated evidence for law enforcement as required.
- We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and child protection agencies.
4. Compliance with child safety law
We comply with the child protection laws that apply to us, including the UK Online Safety Act 2023, the UK Protection of Children Act 1978 and Sexual Offences Act 2003, the UK ICO Children's Code where relevant, and applicable reporting obligations in the jurisdictions where CallMe is available. Our standards are reviewed when the law or the product changes, and at least annually.
