The World Engine as a business plan: your real spaces captured, published and hosted as walkable worlds, with the enquiries they generate landing in your systems. Monthly, on a rolling basis — scanning is quoted separately, per site.
A tour is built from real 360° photographs of the property — one per standpoint, taken on one short visit with a 360 camera. A buyer opens a link on any phone or laptop, looks around freely from each standpoint, and walks between them on the floorplan. Nothing is invented: no AI imagery is ever part of a property tour.
Pricing for agencies is on the plans below — or ask Michael.
One site, or a first portfolio.
A working portfolio, on your own brand.
Estates, chains and networks.
The scanning job itself — sending someone to walk your space and turning it into a world. It depends on the site: how big it is, how many rooms, how far, and how much has to be staged first. So it is quoted per site rather than carrying a list price, and it is separate from the monthly plan above.
Business plans are handled personally, not through a sales form. Call or email the founder, describe the space, and you will get a straight answer on what it takes and what it costs — usually the same day.
